SERMACS2018, the 70th Southeastern Regional Meeting of the ACS http://sermacs2018.org, is being held Oct. 31 – Nov. 3, 2018 at the Augusta Convention Center in Augusta, GA. Abstract submission is open until Aug 16th and this is a meeting NUCL members will want to attend.
The division has helped fund numerous symposia of interest:

as well as an undergraduate plenary given by Dr. Dale Ensor of Tennessee Tech.
The meeting will also host the unveiling of a National Historic Chemical Landmark with significance to the division: “ACS National Historic Chemical Landmark Designation for: Savannah River Site (SRS) Production and Separation of Heat Source Plutonium-238 to Power Space Exploration”
